Well, Ive done everything I can find in the docs to do and this is my last
resort. I am trying to run IPX over PPP. IP works fine. I got the pppd 2.3.10
source and compiled it with IPX_CHANGE = 1. I rebuilt the kernel etc. I still
get the following error when pppd reads the options.ttyD0 file:
pc_ioctl IOCTL not implemented: 8004745ax
..
I am not a kernel hacking expert but it would seem to me that I still don't have
support in the kernel for IPX via PPP. I do have IPX compiled into the kernel
and I can add IPX interfaces. But if I try to add an IPX network to a ppp
interface it dies.
Any help would be appreciated. I have read the PPP HOWTO, the IPX HOWTO, the
docs that come with pppd and a host of other things and I can't find what I'm
missing. Thanks...
