The only callback support in pppd is a partial implementation of Microsoft
CBCP that allows pppd to answer a call and then call back. It has to be
compiled in after applying the patch in the README.cbcp file of the pppd
source package.
The single pppd option is callback <the phone number> which is not
documented. If you intend to use this option with an NT RAS then you'll
very likely need to add the pppd receive-all option.
