Get the latest pppd, 2.3.11 at cs.anu.edu.au in pub/software/ppp and use
the option "receive-all." (Actually you can check the pppd man pages since
this option appeared in earlier versions, perhaps as early as pppd 2.3.7.)
Since the CBCP option is not documentated be aware that the only callback
option is callback <Phone Number>. If you're just startin then read
README.cbcp for how to compile it into pppd.
