Pure 1570 callback isn't implemented in the standard pppd but Microsoft
CBCP callback is available provided the Makefile patch in the README.cbcp
from source tree file is applied. Distributions may include it in
their binaries.

The one CBCP pppd option is "callback <ThePhoneNumber>" and seems to
be undocumented outside the source code. You'll need to use shell
scripting or something similar to wait for the callback. There are
scripts to do so in the file http://www.inetport.com/~kite/RAScb.gz.
If the callback is to a NT RAS you should use the "receive-all"
pppd option in the callback script.
