Are you sure that the Cisco callback is Microsoft Call Back Control
Protocol (CBCP)?  There *is* another type of callback although it's not
widely used.

Where did you get those man pages?  I've never heard of such an option,
and it certainly isn't in the man pages included with a pristine pppd
source package.

Take a look at the RAScb.gz file at http://www.inetport.com/~kite/ .  It's
for CBCP call back to an NT RAS, but the scripts in it should help you get
started.  Just ignore anything NT-RAS specific such as the reference to the
pppd receive-all option for the call back script.
