hello,
i have installed a ppp dialin server on RH 6.2 box.
i am able to login to the box from a win95 machine using dial up
netowrking. i am also able to run pppd .
i am able to ping the address of the server NIC (eth0).
but inspite of setting proper routes on the server i am unable to ping
outside the server sitting on the client.
can anyone point out where the problem could be?
i have enabled ipforwarding on the server also.
assuming that
1) the ip address of the server NIC ( eth0) ia 10.10.1.1
2) the ip address assigned to the ppp0 is 10.10.1.2
what should be the routing info on the server to enable me to access
resources on the lan connected to the server.
