This is an informational message, not an error message.  The ISP requested
CBCP but pppd doesn't recognize it which is not a problem unless you want
to do CBCP callback.   It *is* curious that it is sent after several hours
of connection time.

The ISP might drop the line because of a limit on the time that a client
can maintain a continuous connection.  Doesn't the redial you mention work?
