It looks like PPP came up for IP, went down for IP, and then came up for IP
again. It's hard to know just what happened from these messages, could you
post PPP link negotiation logs with the pppd debug option added?
It might be something in the configuration for the PPP connection that
would cause this but it's hard to guess what it could be without more
information.
