Never do a release in a hurry. :-(
There is a new copy of ppp-2.4.0b3.tar.gz in the directory now
(ftp://linuxcare.com.au/pub/ppp/) which does contain pppd/tty.c.
One day I must implement the --prefix arg for the configure script,
too. :-)
