pppd download/install

You might have covered this somewhere, but I have not seen it in the archives.

Someone tell me, where I can download pppd and how to install it. P/s do it
step by step. I want to use linux for a leased line connection.

I use RedHat linux 6.0 kernel 2.2.5.
