I have just installed SuSe 6.4 onto my PC with an Ethernet card (eth0) and a US
Robotics modem (/dev/ttyS0).

>error entry "Peer is not authorized to use remote address 127.0.0.11". (this

>tired that)
Also, from reading the pppd man page (under the AUTH section), it states "pppd will
only allow the peer to use IP addresses to which the system does not already have a
route".
Since my PC already has the Ethernet card installed, I have the loopback route! (i.e.
127.0.0.X)
How can I allow the Linux pppd to accept any IP address from the peer??!!?
I am very eager for your reply!! Thank you!
Sincerely,
