Şu anda tam olarak hatırlayamamakla beraber, çünkü pardusu test edeli 2-3 ay oldu, sanırım ayar dosyası /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/00_default_vhost.conf da AllowOverride None kısmını,AllowOverride All yaparsanız sorununuz çözülecektir.
