Anda tidak bisa langsung memanggilnya, harus melalui URL sebuah web server bukan berupa file karena script PHP harus diterjemahkan dulu oleh modul PHP. Pastikan Anda juga telah menginstall modul PHP dan telah men-setting httpd.conf (kalo pake Apache) untuk PHP hendlernya.
