Coba cek dgn: 1. ps ax | grep postmaster, cek apa postmaster running? 2. netstat -na | grep LISTEN, cek apakah Listen di port 5432? 3. Cek file postgresql.conf, apa sudah disetting utk listen di IP dan port bersangkutan?
