I'm alive and well, and have no objections to modifying the FAQ (expect an
update in just a couple of days, actually). I will email RedHat and Ingo
and see if we can't get a satisfactory solution to making the kernel patches
available. Perhaps we can convince him to move them back to the kernel.org
