Hiya,
I've installed, and appear to have working, RedHat 6.2 w/ Raid-1 using
two IBM 75G IDE jobs. The install is a pretty clean vanilla RedHat
6.2. They're set up as the master/slave (and yeah, I know this ain't
the best for performance, but was the easiest to get into the box :)
I've noticed that the box now has a tendency to lock up, and lock
up HARD (requiring reset-button action) randomly. Removing the RAID
setup did seem to make the system much more stable (i.e. it hasn't
locked up yet :).
Any ideas on how I can best proceed? I'm at a loss, and I'm not able
to find any useful spoor on the crash.
