hello, i have problems creating a raid1 device. i want to upgrade my system from non-raid to raid 1, and i used the "Boot+Root+Raid+LILO" how-to to do this. but when i want to mkraid the md devices i get following error message: "mkraid: aborted, see the syslog and /proc/mdstat for potential clues". i generated a raidtab with the entries for 3 md devices with the properties given in the how-to. i also made the partitions of the second hd "fd" and formatted them and im using kernel 2.2.16. i have two HD´s, one hda and the other hdc.
