Hi,

Firstly, thanks to all those who helped me with the problem I had setting up
a new array on RedHat 5.2. For some reason best known to themselves, RH
have chosen to include raidtools 0.50 in it, and additions to the startup
scripts to make sure that anyone trying to set up RAID from scratch would
shoot themselves in the foot..... Oh well...

Anyway, I have a machine running several arrays, and I was wondering what the
best way to upgrade would be. The software on it is:-

raid145-971022-2.0.31 patch
raidtools-pre3-0.42.tar.gz
Gadi Oxmans patch to the startup/shutdown scripts to execute mdrun/mdstop

What is the best way to upgrade this machine to raidtools 0.90 with autostarted
array configuration?

Thanks,

Mike.
