Thanks, now everything works!

I did read that raidtools (or actually the kernel) should automagically
somehow fix broken disks (instead of the ckraid-approach) but as the utils
were giving me just 'invalid argument' I thought something else was wrong. 
Yes, I did suspect version incompatibility, but.. Out of excuses, perhaps
some printk's more to the md-code would help? Not to blame, now this seems
to be working perfectly (albeit with an older kernel), thank you!
