Not with the current RAID drivers, but for about 6 months our main server
was a K6-2 350 on a Tyan Trinity AT motherboard.  Using mdutils (.36 I
think) and a pair of Quantum Viking UW disks hanging off an NCR 875 UW
card we got good results.  Almost 14MB/sec sustained I think, as reported
by Bonnie.

The Vikings aren't nearly as fast as the IBM drives you're using though.
