Yes, I am still out there, and I do have the code..... :-)
I am currently working on integrating the code better into the kernel.
If you want binary versions for other kernels then 2.0.36 please let
me know and I'll create them and put them up on
http://www.uni-mainz.de/~neuffer/i2o. These modules will not have been
checked by DPTs PVL so if anything FUBARs your system it is all your
fault and don't even get the idea of asking DPT for help then.
You know the game..... :-)
I have myself half of my disks to a PM3754 card attached (the other
to a PM3334).
At the moment I am not allowed to provide the source to you since there
is still clean up and devleopment going on, but don't worry the day is
comming RSN when the patch will be available for integration into the
standard kernel sources..
There is a lot of things happening at the moment, I am finally having
some time to do some real work(tm) on the eata_dma driver, which
might change its name to dpt in due course (less to type :-). And there
is also some real work(tm) going on next week to get the infamous Storage
Manager going under Linux. Please do not bug DPT about this if possible,
ask me instead and I'll promise to be more visible again in the future.
