I upgraded to 2.2.5 just a few days ago and tried to install the
raid0145-2.2.3 patches manually. Despite some significant changes in
fs/buffer.c making the job more interesting than it should be, I think I
have some success. My raid0 system still works without a hitch.
To cut to the chase, the patches to apply to a stock 2.2.5 kernel are at:

The usual caveats about backing up apply. If you're trying this out on
your system, especially if you have any raid above 0 running, please post
