finally i found the culprit which prevents me from
        running raid0, i.e. not setting "persistent superblock"
        in /etc/raidtab to '1'
        the comment in /etc/raidtab is misleading (obsolete?) and
        may be simply overlook by casual user
        it affect mkraid (i guess), causing invalid superblock
        every time i tried to 'raidstart' for the second time
