Quick (hopefully easy) question.
A few weeks ago I RAIDed together two SCSI-2 seagate 2GB HDs using RAID0
(A simple enough task) However, during the boot process, I get the error
(Warning : no checksum field for /dev/md0). Everything works wonderfully,
and I've had no problems. But I dislike getting errors popping up during
boot.
Anyway, I doubt this is relevant (it's probably a configuration problem)
but my machine is a dual P-133 w/64MB of memory, and the HD's are running of
of an old Adaptec 2940. I'm using kernel 2.2.0 pre-8 ac-1. (but the message
has appeared for various 2.2.0pre kernels as well as 2.1.131.)
