I did the same on a suse. No problems. From your mail I claim you use
some overly clever GUI fdisk (because you say: When i select "Done").
Try using the old plain textmode only fdisk. This one workd (there is a
patch to modify it's output to look nicer with diskarray, you can live w/o
it).
