1. There seem to be 2 set of patches floating around for
kernel, one by 'lvm' folks and the other by 'raidtools' folks.
Can anybody tell me whether these patches ever get integrated
into 2.2 kernel. Or is it that we have to wait till 2.4?
2. The raid situation in the linux land is very confusing.
There are 2 sets of software raid projects in progress. On top of
this hardware raid solutions bear no resemblance to software raid.
Has anybody written comprehensive documentation like "Raid on Linux"
and compare different solutions.
