As others have pointed out, having multiple RAID0 partitions on the same disk isn't a good idea (at least, not with single head-per-surface disks), as the head will be thrashing around ... However, it should work just fine (this is how I do all my testing -- I carve up tiny (one cylinder) partitions -- it also makes tests a lot faster !).
