I decided to try out 2.2.6, and it appears to solve the problem I was having with the system never recovering when I pulled the power on one of the drives in the mirror set. I was using 2.2.2. I have not thoroughly tested this, but thought I'd mention it. I know this much - I was able to pull the power today while the drive was being accessed and have it keep being accessed without locking up. About 20 seconds after I pulled the power, it went degraded, but never delayed the write that was taking place.
