Actually, that's 80MB/sec per *bus* not per device.  Remember, your
typical 32 bit PCI bus tops out at about 132MB/sec anyhow.

Ultra3's 160 MB/sec would be nice, but I would think you'd need a 64 bit
PCI bus to do it right, and I've only seen those on Alpha motherboards.
