These cables were made by a local cable manufacturer, who I think
specializes in custom cables for all types of applications. Note that these
are UDMA-66 type cables, that is UDMA-66 requires cables that have these
ground lines in between each signal line.
They were actually purchased by a friend of mine, so I don't have their
contact information. They were $25 a pop, which for each two drive set,
starts to erode the cost efficiency for ide - but I did only have to use
them for four of my twelve drives. I've cc'd the guy who bought them,
hopefully he'll respond to the list with their name & phone number
