Linear raid on 2.2.10

Hi,

        Just wanted to let you folks know about a minor problem I had with
setting up linear raid on a 2.2.10-ac12 kernel (the stock 2.2.10 didnt
work). The Software-RAID HOWTO that is currently distributed with
raidtools mentions that "chunk-size can be specified for all RAID levels
except the Linear mode". However, I could only get Linear mode to work
after I specified a non-zero chunk-size.
