question about adding a disk

I currently have a 3 disk raid set running level 5. I would like to add another
disk to the set bringing the set up to 4 disks. Is is possible to add the disk
to the current raid without distroying data? If I decided to change the chuck
size to 8 from 32, what would be the step required? Is there a location that
would talk about how to work with raids? Sorry if the question seem trivial but
I am just learning about raids.
