Please consider adding documentation to the existing HOWTO instead of creating
YARH (yet another raid howto).

There's one too many RAID HOWTOs out there already, and having a third around
certainly wouldn't improve matters.

If you can write or rewrite something to/in the existing HOWTO (the one at
http://ostenfeld.dk/~jakob/Software-RAID.HOWTO/), I'd be more than happy to
include it.

Ingo's working on changing the superblock layout to allow for up to 250 (AFAIR)
disks. But this is a radical change in the superblock layout, and will need some
testing before it's released.

IIRC the 12 disk limit is a ``feature''. Actually you can have up to 15 disks. Simply
grep for the 12 disk constant in the raidtools and flip it up to 15. You can't go
further than that though.
Note !! This is purely out of memory, and if I was you I'd search the archives before
trying this, or at least try it on some data that aren't too important, if you know
what
I mean ;)
