This really depends a lot on the size and speed of your disks, and the amount
of other activity going on on your system (resync is done at lower priority
so that other I/O activity is not stalled). Can't tell you much more
than that.
Curious, why would you use RAID5 when you have only 2 disks? RAID1 would
give you better performance for no cost in usable space in that situation...
