What is this '-1.3.0'? I don't think this is plain kernel source...

If I go to ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.2/ (that is where
official kernel tarballs are) I see linux-2.2.14.tar.bz2 (and .gz and
.sign files).
