Applying to 2.2.14

Hi,

I'm using the 2.2.14 patches from mingo of red-hat, everything works
without problems, but could I apply the read balancing patches of
http://www.icon.fi/~mak/raid1/ ???

Or could anybody help me to change this patch to work against 2.2.14 ?
