Is it just me, or does anybody else think that it's stupid to have to hot
remove a disk from an array that's already detected that disk as failed???
I mean, if it knows it's running in degraded mode, and you say, here, use
this disk to rebuild yourself, shouldn't it just rebuild itself with that
disk?
