That is true. This probably isn't worth mentioning, but as a veteran 
of the SCSI naming wars, I'll just add a comment that I stole from an
IBM page:

"Ultra160 refers more specifically to an implementation of Ultra3
SCSI, which contains CRC, domain validation, and double transition
clocking."

According to time honored SCSI tradition, a drive can call itself
Ultra3 SCSI if it implements any one of the new features of Ultra3.
