Hi collist guy:
I put some data files in /dev/hda8 and leave /dev/hdc8
empty. After issuing mkraid it doesn't seem to sync
hdc8 to hda8, which is specified as failed-disk.

After mkraid, I am expecting /dev/hdc8 to have the
same data as /dev/hda8. Am I missing any assumption?

Thanks.
Jason
