It is another function of raidstart, just like raidstop, raidhotadd,
raidhostremove. 

 ln -s /sbin/raidstart /sbin/raidsetfaulty

(assuming raidstart has been installed in /sbin)

[alternately - install Debian - it gets it right :-]
