- kernel 2.2.15 + raid 0.90 + raid1readbalance
"hw" indicates some/all part is done by the Mylex
"sw"/nomarker indicates software raid only via Adaptec
raid10:
means raid1/mirror of 2 raid0 devices, each raid0 = 3 drives,
software & regular scsi controller only.
raid-hw0+1:
hardware only (Mylex raid 6), I am not sure whether this
is the same as above or the other way around (stripe over
3 mirrors of 2 drives each)
raid-hw1-sw0:
Mylex provides 3 mirrors of 2 drives each + raid0 striping
done by software.
raid-hw0-sw1:
Mylex provides 2 raid0 stripes of 3 drives each + software
raid1/mirror on these.
