I don't understand why, but the GRO issue seems to be the problem that I see
with low performance (0.06 Gbps transferring 4k packets in one direction).
2.6.36 and 2.6.37 work fine for me. I see problems with 2.6.38, 3.0, and 3.2.
I didn't test other versions. I applied the 'fix GRO merge failure for IPoIB'
patch to 2.6.38 and 3.2, and in both cases the performance improved. I'll wait
for and test the final fix.
