Svcrdma was incorrectly allocating fastreg MRs and page lists using RPCSVC_MAXPAGES, which can exceed the device capabilities. So limit the depth to the minimum of RPCSVC_MAXPAGES and xprt->sc_frmr_pg_list_len.
