Aix7xxx driver misreporting Ultra160 bus

Ever since 2.2.14 (i.e. 2.2.15 onwards), the Aix7xxx driver has been
reporting Ultra160 drives as syncronous at 80M/s, when they used to report at
160M/s.  Since I get over 100M/s from the disks striped, I guess it's just
wrong.

Small niggle, but probably worth a look at the 2.2.15 patch.
