This patch set updates the lpfc driver to revision 8.0.30. The patch set contains the following changes/fixes: - Fix handling of the dev_loss and nodev timeouts. - Clear task management bits when preparing SCSI commands - IOCB not getting fully initialized during reuse - Fix panic on lip and cable pull - Fix panic in lpfc_get_stats() - Replace use of lpfc_put_lun with midlayer's int_to_scsilun - Change version to 8.0.30
