Are you sure that you want to list the linux-scsi and target-devel
mailing lists in that order for the SCSI target subsystem?

This link refers to a wiki that was most recently updated in 2016 and
that does not accept new contributors. Maybe some of the information on
that wiki should be converted into documentation in the kernel tree?
