I rebased my old NDOB patch on top of 5.1/scsi-queue. It requires the device to implement REPORT SUPPORTED OPERATION CODES to determine whether NDOB is supported. If it is, no zeroed payload will be attached to the I/O. Only superficially tested with scsi_debug.
