Sorry, I noticed I left this out after I sent the message.
Both ends of the cables are terminated. The CDROM is a Toshiba 40x SCSI2
unit with internal termination set by jumper. The AHA is set LowOFF/HighON
per the setup guide, I did have it set to AUTOMATIC but kept getting the
warning so reset it to above. No change.
The other channel is terminated by the last HDD on the cable, again by
jumper.
