I have an Adaptec Ultra 2 Wide SCSI Host Adapter (AHA2940U2W).
The driver I use was included with the linux 2.2.5 distribution, and built
as part of the kernel build process. The configuration parameter is
CONFIG_SCSI_AIC7XXX=y
You will need to know which model of adaptec scsi card you have in order
to select the proper driver.
