I wonder, but weeks ago I was the only one, who got this timeouts on his
machine. Now there are many people with various controllers and disks,
who have timeouts and there error messages always sound like mine.
I start thinking, that it is a problem of the driver or the kernel,
because the most problems go in hand with an upgrade to 2.2.x and the
scsi driver > 5.1.11.
It would be nice if some of the "scsi-gurus" could take part of those
discussions, to solve the problem in general.

Greetings, Dietmar
